Raganya is a Registered Psychotherapist passionate about supporting her clients in navigating life’s difficulties. Sometimes our life can feel overwhelming, and change can feel impossible. It’s not always easy to understand why certain feelings arise, and even when there is awareness, navigating them can be challenging. A person may have a vision of who they want to be but feel stuck, unsure of how to move forward.

She is experienced in supporting adolescents and adults for challenges including Autism Spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship challenges. As a daughter of immigrants, she approaches therapy with a deep understanding of cultural influences, integrating a culturally sensitive lens to ensure clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their unique experiences.
