Kaitlin employs evidence-based practices while maintaining a client-centred approach, tailoring her methods to meet each individual's unique needs using a variety of therapeutic modalities. She is committed to supporting clients in overcoming life's challenges and achieving emotional well-being within a safe, confidential, non-judgmental, and caring environment. She works with individuals aged 16 and above, helping them gain the knowledge and skills necessary to transform negative thoughts and behaviours, facilitating positive mental and physical changes.
